If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order to us for a refund within 14 days. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and with the original tags. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your order will be processed, and you will be reimbursed minus the cost of return shipping.

***Please note: the return fee for shipping will be subtracted from your reimbursement.

Request must be made within 4 days of receipt of item, and return must be made within 3 days of acceptance of request. Must be returned unworn in original packaging with labels.

***Please note: if you are returning your item, the return fee for shipping will be subtracted from your reimbursement. If it’s an exchange or request for merchandise credit, Cynthia Desser will pay for shipping.

We will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a receipt.

To return or exchange your product, please send your unused item, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging along with your original shipping invoice.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Exchanges.

No items can be refunded. Only for exchange! Items can only be exchanged within 14 days. We will supply the shipping label. We cannot accept exchanges on overseas orders.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving shipment. All items must be in original packaging and condition, unwashed and unworn with hangtag intact. Original shipping charge is non-refundable if you chose Expedited 2 Day Shipping at time of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be processed.
