If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Just email convalore@wearemoxiemade.com to get in touch with a Convalore customer service representative.
Returns must be unused, in the state that you received them, and with the original tags attached. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be reimbursed minus the cost of return shipping. All sale items will be final sale.
